This course is a prerequisite for nearly all other Theta Healing® courses. The heart of this class is the practice of techniques that allow you to change life patterns held in place by core, genetic, historic and soul beliefs, either self inflicted or externally imposed. You will discover how to identify your limiting beliefs through muscle testing, then how to quickly and simply change them to positive and empowering ones. I was petrified of marriage. Having divorced with two kids, being single mum. It was like, “I never want to do that again”. But what I realised it. It wasn’t my own belief. It didn’t belong to me. It belonged to my ancestors. Commitment, wasn’t something that I’ve seen around me. It was something that I was scared of.
But through Theta Healing®, I realised it didn’t belong to me. It belonged to somebody else. So, I was willing to give it to them. Send healing to it.
