The survival self wants to protect you from stress and perceived danger or future harm. The undercurrent is the problem solver for the brain to move us forward. However the deepest motivation for doing so is not necessarily evolved or enlightened.
THE SURVIVAL SELF
It holds belief systems so we don't manifest too fast. It's a reaction to primal survival programming and fear of change which keeps you stuck in the comfort zone. It holds onto past pain, hurt, resentment and trauma as a protection mechanism. But it can hold you back from manifesting your heart's desires which are in your stretch zone.
THE UNDERCURRENT
Distorted motivations to prove someone wrong, to get revenge or to gain significance can all impact how your manifestation's show up. When you release the undercurrent you're no longer motivate by vices. You no longer need the drama or trauma to fix a problem. You simply create it with ease and grace.
